Whey

Using whey protein well comes down to three things: how much to take, when to take it and how to make it taste good. These guides answer each one for people who train, from your first tub onwards.
The basics are short. One 30 g scoop of Fuel Sync whey gives 22 g of protein. Mix it with 400 ml of water or milk and drink it straight away. Most people take one or two scoops a day, often after training, to top up the protein they get from food. Your total protein across the day matters far more than the exact minute you drink a shake. Our protein calculator shows how much you need a day for your weight and goal.
Whey also works in food. It stirs into porridge and yoghurt and bakes into pancakes and muffins, and with ten flavours, from vanilla and chocolate to pistachio and salted caramel, there's one for most recipes.
