5. Ordering and Payment

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Fuel Sync.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic payments. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure your information is protected.
• Pricing and Currency: Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders over €79. Orders of €79 or less pay a flat delivery charge of €3, shown at checkout before you pay.
• Delivery Time: We dispatch orders Monday to Friday by Akis Express to the courier pickup point you choose. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days and up to 4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• International Shipping: We deliver within the Republic of Cyprus only and do not ship to other countries.

7. Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

• Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size, flavour, or type, please contact us at info@fuel-sync.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.

9. Cancellations

• Before Shipping: If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact us on WhatsApp at +357 96 540260 within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
• After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, please follow our standard return process.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@fuel-sync.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

11. User Responsibilities
